Main Features
1) Dixell Digital Temperature Controller
Equipped with Dixell digital thermostat, the freezer can keep its cabinet temperature accurately at -18 to -23 degrees Celsius.
2) Condensing Water Auto-evaporation by hot-gas system
By our creative innovation, the condensate system surfaces have been specially treated to resist corrosion. This not only increases efficiency without the risk of refrigerant leakage from corrosion, but also prevents the overflow of condensate water.
3) High-Density Polyurethane Insulation
The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation. And the body insulation thickness is up to 65mm.
4) LED lighting interior
Brighter and longer lasting LED lights provide attractive, enhanced illumination compared to fluorescents. It saves energy by producing less heat, while maximizing the visibility in the display area.
5) Ergonomically Designed Doors
Customers' fatigue fades away with easy grip handles and doors that open effortlessly. These features along with self-closing doors make this the ultimate choice in customer convenience.
6) Magnetic Door Gaskets
Magnetic door gaskets are of one piece construction, removable without tools for ease of cleaning and replacement.
7) Bottom Mounted Compressor Units
Bottom mounted compressor allows easier access for service and extra storage space above. In addition, the lower area provides a cooler and less greasy working environment which results in reduced compressor running Packing & Delivery

How can we make the high-quality glass door freezers?
We have been making the upright glass door freezers since year 2013. We are well aware of that most of the problems on the glass door freezers are caused by the defrosting issue. We have well solved the defrosting issues from following aspects:
1. Ensure the freezer body is flat & smooth and glass door gasket is strong, so no leakage on the glass door. And all the holes on the freezer body are completely sealed.
2. Use the right power defrosting heater.
3. Install the defrosting water collection tray & water draining pipe with heating wires.
4. Evaporator fan motors are delayed to work after the defrosting ends.
